I understand how overwhelming it can feel when anxiety, self-doubt and painful past experiences keep you stuck in the same patterns.

My role is to help you understand what’s happening, break those patterns, and feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions and life. This is all done in a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Sessions are about you, but in this day and age it seems that something we’re valuing more and more is human connection. We want to know that we’re not talking to robots or to feel we’re just a clinical case study.   • For as long as I can remember, I've held space for people who needed it. From a very young age I’ve possessed a gift of profound empathy and intuition, along with an ‘inner knowing’. Toltec shamans refer to this as ‘silent knowledge’. I’ve always known my mission is to help. Now, as a therapist, guiding people towards their highest potential, this work has always been at the heart of who I am. My journey into this wasn't planned, it was a natural evolution. I have realised that no matter how 'put together' someone seems on the outside, their inner world will tell a different story. Sometimes we need support, guidance and someone to hold the light for us during times we can't see it ourselves.

    I have had my own experiences with overcoming pain, anxiety, doubt and certain obstacles. Moving beyond these shadows is not only possible; it is profoundly healing and empowering. Life is like a pendulum - the further we swing into one side; (the dark) the more momentum we have to swing back into the other (the light).

    People are not something broken that needs to be fixed. Deep down we already know where our pain is stemming from. Deep down we understand how it’s impacting us. We know we need to break free. It’s ok to have help with the how part and the uncovering part... You no longer have to do this alone. I see you.
