Background and Qualifications

Equipped all the way up to a Level 5 Person-Centred Advanced Diploma, a Distinction in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), plus years of experience and continued personal development, I have had the privilege of supporting others create real, lasting change in their lives. I am an insured therapist with a full DBS.

I love to provide clients with useful tools they can use right from the first session. By exploring the client's inner world at their own pace, allowing them to process their emotions and be truly heard, I have been along for the journey of people unlocking the power that we all have inside of us - the power we sometimes forget we have. That's the power to find our answers within ourselves and be the true rulers of our life.

My Experience

So far throughout my fulfilling career I have worked with a range of different people, of all ages, from all over the world - from students to professionals in high-pressure roles such as healthcare, business and legal fields. No persons problems are ever exactly the same, but something I’ve found many people have in common is feeling that they aren’t enough, or that their problem isn’t ‘bad enough’ in comparison to someone who has it ‘really bad’. So they continue moving through life with what feels like an invisible back pack - nobody can see it, but you can feel how heavy it is. We all need help sometimes and there is absolutely no shame in that. Holding a safe and supportive space allows for stillness…And answers come in stillness.

Here are some common things people have experienced before being led to work with me…Do any of them sounds familiar to you?:

  • You overthink everything and struggle to switch your mind off

  • You feel anxious, on edge, or emotionally drained

  • You keep repeating the same patterns in relationships or life

  • You feel the trauma, but don’t know where to begin with healing through it

  • You’re hard on yourself in ways people would never know

  • You know something needs to change - but feel stuck.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone! It can change.
